Here we are, at the final task. I would have to say that this task has been the most challenging, since I had to record every half an hour from the time I woke up until I went to bed. Even though this task was challenging, at times I really enjoyed experimenting with this new media, and that goes for the entire project. These tasks have helped me to focus on what I enjoy doing and what I want to do in next year.

Day 6- Dear Photograph
What I did here was take an old photograph from my first holy communion taken 9 years ago and then went back to the same spot outside St Nicholas's Church. This image was inspired by Dear Photographs. I love the way how in the photograph the people have changed yet the building has remained the same.

Day 5- my junk drawer (or at least one of many)
On day 5 I found a drawer filled with a variety of objects which included; a wooden mannequin that was bought for me 6 years ago by my brother; a fan I bought in Spain 2 years ago for €3; a bag of worry dolls I bought 3 years ago at the German Market in Birmingham for £5.
I then photographer and drew the contents of the drawer...
....I selected 3 of the objects to draw and annotate.
Day 4- 9 photographs
Task 4 involved taking pictures of a family member doing a task. For this I choose my mum and the task she was doing was putting on makeup ready for her 30th Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to record this task since I love the way the face is reflected and changes more and more with each stage of applying the makeup. I am extremely pleased with the way this page has turned out.

Day 3- Inspector Morse quotes
For day 3 I was asked to do a very difficult thing, I had to find a book related to my holiday and cut out 2 pages and circle the quotes related to my day. The books I used were the Collin Dexter Morse novels since it mentions one of the pubs I visited and the hotel I'm currently staying in.
Day 2- Oxford Map (but unfortunately... no dragons)
The second task I completed after arriving at my hotel in Oxford. It is a map of my journey down to the hotel and pub, which I also illustrated and
annotated, adding in street names and any iconic buildings I noticed on the way.

Day 1- Canvases, goggles and dragons (I am beginning to spot a theme)
For the first three pages I gathered three personal object to draw and annotate.
The first of which was a perspective drawing of a canvas I made whilst on work experience at one of my lecturers studio in Birmingham.
Then for the next two pages I did a line drawing of a pair of steam punk goggles I bought two years ago. I also drew the goggles from different angles, as shown, experimenting with shading on a few.
Plus a detailed, shaded drawing of a dragon necklace I bought about 2 months ago
